Welcome to Blou.Designs. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms. All artwork sold is original fan art created independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any teams, leagues, or organizations. These designs are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold in any form without permission.

We take pride in the quality of our work and aim to accurately represent all products. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to update products, pricing, and policies at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print partner, Gelato. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being sent to production. Once fulfilled, shipping times generally range from 2–7 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Blou.Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund in accordance with Gelato’s policies.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will assist with any valid issues.
